I had such a lovely experience the staff was so friendly and kind and took their time explaining processes to me and answering all of the questions I had. For context, I’ve had a fixed retainer for years and this was the first time I was going to a new orthodontist in a while. I felt supper welcomed as a new patient and felt I was given practical/actionable expert and experienced based advice about taking care of my retainer (which had broke) and my options for exploring a removable retainer. none of their advice or recommendations were pushy and I felt empowered to make the best decision for myself. Lovely team all around!
