My 4th-grader has been a patient here for almost a year. We have been very pleased with the practice. The facility is very clean and comfortable to be in. They run on time. They send appointment reminders at appropriate times. They use a positive reward system (and monthly patient contests) to engage and encourage patients to keep healthy habits that will enhance their treatment. They explain everything very well at each visit. They have been extremely patient and kind with my child during treatment. Overall, the entire process has been a positive experience. Also important, the result of the treatment is excellent. My daughter is no longer embarrassed to smile in photographs, and her teeth look beautiful. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice for anyone who needs braces, including younger children.
