Orthodontic Retainers

My 4th-grader has been a patient here for almost a year. We have been very pleased with the practice. The facility is very clean and comfortable to be in. They run on time. They send appointment reminders at appropriate times. They use a positive reward system (and monthly patient contests) to engage and encourage patients to keep healthy habits that will enhance their treatment. They explain everything very well at each visit. They have been extremely patient and kind with my child during treatment. Overall, the entire process has been a positive experience. Also important, the result of the treatment is excellent. My daughter is no longer embarrassed to smile in photographs, and her teeth look beautiful. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice for anyone who needs braces, including younger children.

Dr. Farrah and her tremendous staff make going to the orthodontist easy (yeah…I said EASY). My eldest daughter is 13; on top of the natural anxiety you’d expect, she was extremely self-conscientious about her experience and how braces would “make her look”. My younger daughter required considerable work (expander, extractions and braces); getting a 10 year old to understand the long term need/benefits of these efforts was, again, no small task. Enter Dr. Farrah, an amazing woman and phenomenal orthodontist; her genuine care and ability to connect with my daughters is simply remarkable. Her expert knowledge of orthodontia, coupled with her wonderful bedside manner and ability to explain complex problems in logical, yet simple, terms, truly differentiate Dr. Farrah from her cohort. My eldest daughter “survived” braces and got them off over a month early (her teeth look beautiful). My youngest daughter continues her journey but after every visit, talks about how “awesome Dr. Farrah and her team are” and how much she likes them. A caring person, who is an expert in her field and brilliant both academically and emotionally, Dr. Farrah is a tremendous orthodontist; she has taken excellent care of my family and I’m sure she will take excellent care of yours!
