"When I started going to Dr. Farrah’s I was skeptical after a failed attempt with Invisalign to fix my bite. They heard my concerns and provided me options to make my smile healthier. I’ve been in braces for 12 months and have seen progress in my bite. Six months and I’ll graduate to retainers at night. Not only did they help me, they’ve cared for my children in getting a healthier smile. The facility is family friendly and staff are nice.. don’t drink the water though, you just might catch the pregnancy bug LOL. Thanks for all you do!"

From the friendly greeting in reception to all the assistants, they recognize us every time by name, it’s always super lively and inviting. The office itself is so clean, comfortable and they have snacks, coffee and treats for patients when we leave. "Fantastic team! Dr. Farrah is nothing but nice and professional. The ladies who work at the chair stations are so sweet and funny!I have a 2 year old and he is a little chaos gremlin. Everyone is always so patient and understanding when he starts to get stir crazy! "We have been coming to Dr. Farrah since 2021 and we absolutely love it! My husband said “it’s like if a nail salon was an orthodontist office”. They are big on customer appreciation and community involvement and philanthropy. They have frozen treats for the kiddos and a coffee station for the parents. They have snacks and a tooth brushing station which is super nice for when you are bringing a kid in the middle of the school day. The people are also amazing, I love the front desk staff and all the techs, too! All three of my kids have braces, I can’t imagine going anywhere else."

"I had such a lovely experience the staff was so friendly and kind and took their time explaining processes to me and answering all of the questions I had. For context, I’ve had a fixed retainer for years and this was the first time I was going to a new orthodontist in a while. I felt supper welcomed as a new patient and felt I was given practical/actionable expert and experienced based advice about taking care of my retainer (which had broke) and my options for exploring a removable retainer. none of their advice or recommendations were pushy and I felt empowered to make the best decision for myself. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly to me in to glue it back. Recently, my wire retainer broke in half between my teeth and they were able to get me in right away to fix it, so the wire ends will note poke me until my appointment to replace it. "My son was scheduled to have braces put on. We scheduled an appointment for 4:00 pm. My son turned out to be very nervous for this visit. Dr. Farrah was only able to get the upper set of braces on. I was a little disappointed that both sets were not put on. However, after meeting with Dr. Farrah, I now realize that she was doing things in the best interest of my son. The second set will be put on at a later time. Hopefully by then my son will have adjusted to the 1st set.
