"When I started going to Dr. Farrah’s I was skeptical after a failed attempt with Invisalign to fix my bite. They heard my concerns and provided me options to make my smile healthier. I’ve been in braces for 12 months and have seen progress in my bite. Six months and I’ll graduate to retainers at night. Not only did they help me, they’ve cared for my children in getting a healthier smile. The facility is family friendly and staff are nice.. don’t drink the water though, you just might catch the pregnancy bug LOL. Thanks for all you do!"

Everyone is always so patient and understanding when he starts to get stir crazy! "We have been coming to Dr. Farrah since 2021 and we absolutely love it! My husband said “it’s like if a nail salon was an orthodontist office”. They are big on customer appreciation and community involvement and philanthropy. They have frozen treats for the kiddos and a coffee station for the parents. They have snacks and a tooth brushing station which is super nice for when you are bringing a kid in the middle of the school day. The people are also amazing, I love the front desk staff and all the techs, too! All three of my kids have braces, I can’t imagine going anywhere else."

"Excellent Experience!I was referred to Dr. Agahi by my dentist for a cross bite. Audrey explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. I appreciated that Dr. Agahi was up front that orthodontics alone cannot correct my bite issues and referred me to an oral surgeon rather than move right into treatment. I had no idea I had significant bite misalignment issues but thanks to Dr. Farrah and Audrey I'm on the road to getting all my issues corrected even if takes 2-3 years."

"My son was scheduled to have braces put on. We scheduled an appointment for 4:00 pm. My son turned out to be very nervous for this visit. Dr. Farrah was only able to get the upper set of braces on. I was a little disappointed that both sets were not put on. However, after meeting with Dr. Farrah, I now realize that she was doing things in the best interest of my son. The second set will be put on at a later time. Hopefully by then my son will have adjusted to the 1st set. Rather than rush things as other doctors would do, Dr. Farrah takes her time to make sure that things are done right so that there will be a good outcome. Kudos to Dr. Farrah. I highly recommend anyone who needs braces for their kid go to Dr. Farrah."

They send appointment reminders at appropriate times. They use a positive reward system (and monthly patient contests) to engage and encourage patients to keep healthy habits that will enhance their treatment. They explain everything very well at each visit. They have been extremely patient and kind with my child during treatment. Overall, the entire process has been a positive experience. My eldest daughter is 13; on top of the natural anxiety you’d expect, she was extremely self-conscientious about her experience and how braces would “make her look”. They got us in for our initial consultation on a day that worked for us, and are able to start her braces right away.
