"Excellent Experience!I was referred to Dr. Agahi by my dentist for a cross bite. Audrey explained everything in depth and answered all my questions. I appreciated that Dr. Agahi was up front that orthodontics alone cannot correct my bite issues and referred me to an oral surgeon rather than move right into treatment. I had no idea I had significant bite misalignment issues but thanks to Dr. Farrah and Audrey I'm on the road to getting all my issues corrected even if takes 2-3 years."

"There are not words to describe how amazing this Orthodontics practice is. They are a team and treat you like family. I was going to another pratice since my son was 7. I talked to the team and made the appointment. The price was better for me. I had some financial problems along the way and got behind on my payments. Desa was empathetic and understanding and always worked with me. My sons treatment was way longer than planned. Dr Farrah and her team supported us along t the way. "Initial impressions: They where super friendly, love the interaction with my son and how they explained things to him and to us. We were also expecting it to much more expensive based on our online research, good to know it wasn't as bad as expected. Plenty of options for financing as well. "My daughter Abigail is a new patient at Pflugerville Orthodontics and I am very impressed with this practice so far. They got us in for our initial consultation on a day that worked for us, and are able to start her braces right away. Dr. Scot sat down with us and explained Abby's dental issues (some of which we were unaware of up to that point), and Sabrina was extremely through in going over the schedule and finances. We are fortunate that we have insurance to cover about 30% of our costs; thereafter, we were offered three payment options. We are confident that Dr. Scot and his staff will make braces as pleasant as possible for Abby. I'll follow up when we're done."
